Characteristics
Coated with silicone + high-quality fiberglass, internally reinforced with a tightly wound spiral spring steel wire. The silicone and fiberglass are bonded to the steel wire through a high-temperature vulcanization process to form the hose in upper and lower layers.
Maximum pressure resistance: 4000 Pa.
Smooth inner wall, flexible hose body for easy installation, smooth bending with low wind resistance, and high temperature resistance. It is the designated high-temperature air hose used by foreign-invested enterprises from Germany and Japan.
Applications
Applied in various plastic machinery, dryers, printing machinery, hot air blowers, automotive engine heating, furnace and oven systems, high-temperature ironing and pressing, train hot air systems, aviation equipment, and military equipment. Also used for circulating hot and cold air delivery and exhaust gas emissions.
