Characteristics
Thickened silicone-coated fiberglass reinforcement with internal spiral steel wire support, formed through a high-temperature vulcanization process. Both ends are left with 5–10 cm soft reinforced sections without steel wire, featuring smooth ends for easy installation and tightening, preventing hose damage caused by clamps and ensuring good sealing performance. It has high temperature resistance, high working pressure, long service life, acid resistance, alkali resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, and lightweight characteristics.
Maximum pressure resistance: 10,000 Pa.
Thickened hose wall, leak-proof, smooth inner wall, pressure-resistant and wear-resistant.
Product Applications
Applied in various plastic machinery, dryers, printing machinery, hot air blowers, automotive engine heating, furnaces and ovens, high-temperature ironing/pressing, train hot air systems, aviation equipment and military equipment, as well as for circulating delivery of hot and cold air and exhaust gas emission.
