Used for the extraction, exhaust, and ventilation of gases, dust, fumes, and powders in various machinery, automotive exhaust systems, the ceramics industry, and complete equipment sets. It features high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, easy installation, and durability.
Used for the thermal insulation and guidance of hot and cold air, preventing condensation. It offers excellent thermal insulation and flame-retardant properties; the pipe wall does not cave in when bent, and no kinks form. It provides effective extraction and transportation while maintaining high-temperature resistance and thermal insulation.
Features
The inner wall consists of a high-temperature duct, with high-temperature insulation wool sandwiched in the middle and an outer layer of high-temperature duct serving as a sealing layer. Each end features a 100 mm thickened flexible joint to facilitate clamping and securing during pipe connections. The pipe openings are sealed with high-temperature silicone rubber. During high-temperature operations, this design prevents heat loss from the inner wall of the pipe, achieving superior thermal insulation performance. It prevents heat dissipation, improves working conditions in harsh high-temperature environments, and helps prevent burns and other hazards.
